For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or India post. Orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
Mangalmahesh is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Mangalmahesh is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been process for shipping.
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Replacement and Refund Policy:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7-10 days of purchase for replacement or full refund whichever you prefer.
Retain all documents and keep the product as possible as you can in its original condition, send them all back to us.
We will inspect the return merchandise right after we receive it, and timely inform you the status of how we are handling this issue.
Note: No return and replacement for watches and electronics items.
Email us and tell us the basic information of your order, including date of your purchase, product you bought and amount you paid. tell us what you want us to help, return or replace etc.
If the returned product has any quality defect, please send us the return request within 24 hours when you have received the package.
Our service staff will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the return details. This will include where to return and other details of return/replacement, after our approval for return, please send back the package within 48 hours.

Our quality control staff will inspect the return items when we receive it. The refund will be issued after the returned item is received, inspected and deemed acceptable for restocking by our Quality Control department.
